Stamped door panels are the core sheet metal components in the manufacture of steel doors. Using high-quality galvanised steel sheet, cold-rolled steel sheet and stainless steel sheet as base materials, they are formed in a single operation using high-precision stamping dies. This process simultaneously forms decorative patterns, contour shapes and reinforcing structures onto a single sheet of metal, eliminating the need for subsequent welding and assembly, and significantly enhancing the overall structural stability of the door panel.
The one-piece stamping process produces a smooth, flowing three-dimensional relief effect, with uniform depth in the pattern grooves, rounded transitions at the edges and corners, and a clear, rich surface texture that creates a strong sense of depth. The built-in stamped reinforcing rib structure effectively enhances the door panel’s rigidity, improving its resistance to wind pressure and impact, whilst reducing the risk of surface dents, bulging or deformation after prolonged use, thereby extending its service life.
The panels undergo precision levelling treatment, ensuring high surface flatness. This results in superior adhesion for subsequent surface finishes such as spray painting and powder coating, ensuring even colour application and resistance to paint flaking, whilst delivering outstanding rust and corrosion resistance. The panels are capable of withstanding a variety of challenging outdoor conditions, including high humidity, significant temperature fluctuations and high levels of wind and sand. Product specifications are flexible, and can be customised to meet client requirements in terms of thickness, dimensions and decorative patterns; we are capable of producing European-style patterns, minimalist geometric designs and classic embossed styles.
Stamped door panels have a wide range of applications; they can be used for residential security entrance doors, villa gates and interior steel doors, as well as for bulk supply to projects such as industrial plant gates, warehouse doors, container door panels, electrical control cabinet doors and equipment enclosure doors. Produced using standardised moulds, the products offer high consistency, stable bulk supply and controllable delivery lead times.
