80‑gauge (80 series fine‑wire staples, 21GA) are U‑shaped, fine‑wire pneumatic staples manufactured from high‑quality Q235 low‑carbon steel wire and finished with electro‑galvanized anti‑rust treatment. They feature a crown width of 12.8 mm, with multiple staple legs bonded together in rows, and are compatible with 80‑series pneumatic staplers. With their slender shanks and relatively wide crowns, these staples minimize fabric tearing, making them ideal for sofa upholstery, leather and fabric covering applications.
