Roll nails are formed by stringing round nails together with copper‑plated wire or plastic rings, arranged in a coil with a 15° tilt. They are compatible with CN‑series pneumatic nail guns, enabling continuous, high‑speed nailing and significantly boosting fastening efficiency in woodworking. These are specialized consumables for large‑scale operations such as wooden pallets, wooden crate packaging, and timber‑frame construction. The base material is typically Q235 low‑carbon steel, available with smooth shanks, ring‑grooved shanks, or threaded (helical) shanks. Surface treatments include varnish dipping, electro‑galvanizing, and hot‑dip galvanizing; custom options in 304 stainless steel are also available for highly corrosive environments.

The wire is bundled into coils, with each coil containing a large number of nails, reducing the need for frequent nail changes and making it ideal for continuous assembly-line operations in factories.
Diamond-shaped, sharp nail tips deliver powerful penetration, minimizing wood splitting and ensuring smooth driving into both soft and hard woods.
Smooth shank nails are easy to install and remove; ring‑shank nails offer superior pull‑out resistance compared to smooth shank nails; threaded nails provide the strongest gripping force and excellent anti‑loosening performance.
Round-headed nails have a large bearing area, making the nail head less likely to sink into the wood and providing excellent compressive strength.
The welds are robust and resistant to wire breakage, ensuring smooth nail delivery and reducing nail‑jamming failures during high‑speed operation.
A variety of surface finishes are available: dip‑coating is suitable for indoor use, electro‑galvanizing provides moderate rust resistance, and hot‑dip galvanizing is ideal for outdoor, humid environments.

Smooth‑shank coil nails: The nail shank is smooth, making it easy to drive and remove, and they are commonly used for standard wooden pallets and reusable wooden crates.
Ring‑patterned coil nails: The shank features a circumferential embossing that enhances grip and resistance to pullout, making them well suited for softwood.
Threaded (helical) coil nails: feature a helical groove along the shank, offering superior pull-out resistance; ideal for heavy‑load applications, vibration‑prone conditions, hardwoods, and export‑grade wooden pallets.
